off for sure, but how would you square that with the "affordable housing" crowd? And wouldn't that help drive up costs for existing older housing, further exacerbating that issue? (can get more sq ft for your dollar when you don't have to include solar panels) And wasn't there mention of rooftop installations being much less efficient at energy generation, and thus less realistic, than solar farms? (I admit I don't know how the two compare cost wise for energy generation, but I thought Balz or someone mentioned that)
