Very good stuff, Thanks. What it aways comes down to, is the strength

of the Will of a nation/leader to act. We won WW II because we had the will to wage all out war. We "Tied" Korea and "Lost" Vietnam because of our Will, or lack thereof, to "Win".

As in, Putin's will to give the world a finger and invade The Ukraine, and the lack of the Will of Obama and Europe, to stand up to it, produced the mess we are now in with an emboldened Russia.

For better or worse.
