Fair game in a civil lawsuit - but grounds for presidential impeachment?
I personally believe Clinton should have resigned once the Lewinksy affair became public. But I also strongly believe he should not have been impeached, and that those seeking it were harming the federal government, not protecting it.
Ken Starr should have never proceeded on those grounds. It was tawdry and malicious to equate lying about a blowjob to high crimes and misdemeanors. The public had all the information they needed to judge Clinton.
