And by the way, the actual report does NOT say that up to $750 million in credits was paid to illegals. It says that up to $750 million in credits were awarded to individuals who could not prove their citizenship/identity at the time of application and were unable to provide such proof within the 90 day required period. Those who did not so qualify within 90 days are cut off. Note that these people received credits towards their monthly insurance bills for 90 days only. Some of them were probably illegal immigrants, some of them were probably people without an ability to prove their identity, and some may have taken advantage of another loophole and simply got insurance for when they needed it.
the sad thing is, these "loopholes" could be EASILY corrected, if the GOP were only willing to do so. But no, they would rather just throw millions of people in the no health care gutter.
