thank for this, since his DOJ is what started the majority minority districts, and thus created the strong GOP districts around it. Something that should easily have been foreseen. The GOPers have since strengthened that phenomenon where they could via redistricting (can't blame them for taking advantage of the system Clinton created).

I think we all agree that it has sadly led to further extremism due to only worrying about being primaried in your district, on both sides, but primarily the right for sure.
