not my intent, I just know how these airbuses operate.
There is absoliutely no indication this was mechanical. If the engines went out, this scenario could happen, but why no call to the tower? Without engines power does go off, but these planes are designed with multiple redundancies(ie batteries in this case) so they still would have radio communications.
There was none after the initial, friendly exchange after entering Egyptian airspace. The plane just banked hard, harder than the plane can even be controlled, and went into a dead spin stall. Sounds almost entirely like a case of rapid decompression.
Sorry, just stating what I know.
