Sorry, I actually have real life experience
and the people I speak to actually do the job of controlling and watching aircraft on a daily basis in hostile and peaceful environs. I actually have done this job for a living and talk to those frequently who still do.
The entire saga, from the repeated calls by the tower, to the sharp banking and loss of altitude implies either a rapid D or the pilot took the plane off of its autopilot, took the controls and lost control. Yes, it sounds like a terrorist attack.
You have zero experience and you quoted a guy in a newspaper who may or may not be an expert in these situations. Just being a pilot is not enough to pretend he has any substantial experience with this sort of event.
Once again, the comparison is fair.
