If 8.3mm Floridians vote in '16 and Trump gets all of the GOP primary voters and Clinton gets all of the DEM primary voters, then Clinton needs 57% of the non-primary population to break her way.

Not impossible but certainly not preferable. Of course complete primary voting will not carry to the general but Florida will be incredibly fascinating to watch unfold.
