As for the gender question, I always wonder what these encumbrances actually entail. I've heard them complain that people question her appearance... has no one paid any attention to how men have been ridiculed (Rubio's boots, Trump's spray tan / hair, questions of height, Christie's weight, Bernie's hair / nervous tics...), and that's just this election cycle.

That Bernie question her qualifications? I'd say a record as spotty as hers does bring that into question. Outcomes are far more important than simply being in a position. And again, others have been raked over the coals in that regard as well.

In my opinion, the HRC campaign has cried sexism so much that it has become the boy crying wolf. If anything, her primary has been one of the softest in recent memory. Bernie has turned down a lot of potential attacks, focusing almost entirely on her funding.

She wields her gender as both a shield and a weapon, when the ideal we should all be striving for is it being irrelevant.
