The Demns had to survive a stupid consitutional challenge just on what they

did and have been dealing with Republican states refusing to set up exchanges, a gutting of the Medicare provisions, and a bunch of ass clowns passing bills to repeal the entire thing every few months.

The rollout has been FAR from perfect (yes, I've heard Yackety Sax in my head more than a few times) and there is still work to be done to shake the system out and make it work. But the fact remains the party that currently controls Congress has refused to do ANYTHING but try and obstruct or take down the law. With NO (zero, none) plan of their own, I might add, other than the usual meaningless talking points about competing across state lines and limiting medical malpractice lawsuits.

I don't get where you think you even have a leg to stand on here. The law is passed. Responsible government would be getting on board to identify problems and make it work better for the citizens who need health coverage. But one party refuses to do that on ANY level, making the efforts of the other almost pointless.
