That's because you're so far to the right that you think the center is left

field.

Other than gay marriage (which really has been a pending no-brainer since Loving and Lawrence if the SCOTUS could bring itself to intellectual honesty on the issue -- something Scalia pointed out back in the 90's in one of his dissents) all the major decisions have been right wing activism or, in the case of ObamaCare, pretty damn close.

You seem to think Kagan and Sotomayor are some kind of crazy left wingers just because they're not on the right wing judicial activism bus. I would ask what groundbreaking "liberal" decisions either has authored or even been a part of?
