20 years in jail. Actual time served, not sentence that is cut by 2/3 with


Parole. This shit needs to stop and we need to start sending a strong message that we will not tolerate reckless and irresponsible gun use. The fact that the shooter was lucky/incompetent enough to not hit the driver shouldn’t be much of a mitigating factor. Fuck this shooter. Throw his ass in jail for a long time.
