state troopers (light blue shirts, pants with stripe, and smokey hats), City of Atlanta police based on the shoulder patch of the one walking around menacingly with that scary looking rifle, and two officers from two different LE agencies even (same rank and similar uniforms, but different shoulder patches) working over the econ prof on the ground. The one on the left who initially escalated things with the prof is Emory Police (see shoulder patch). The one on the right who joined in has a shoulder patch that's definitely different, but I can't make out what it says. There's also some black shirt, black pants, black smokey hat state patrol/trooper-looking officers around and about, so maybe 5 different LE agencies?
