You and I differ on one thing: Despite its utter absurdity, I have always viewed the Bragg case as the most likely (and likely only) chance for the Dems to convict their boogeyman prior to the election if at all. The reasons are 1) ability to speed to trial given that it’s a state case and it doesn’t involve the Constitutional problems that subvert the other cases, meaning SCOTUS won’t get involved pre-trial, and 2) massively slanted jury pool. I’ve been right on the first. We’ll see on the second.
