vote, likely this week. Separate resolutions for Israel and Ukraine (with the Ukraine aid being structured a little differently than it has been in the past - funding from the sale of Russian assets, loans, etc.). I'll withhold comment on the structure.

Seems like the 2 major measures for Israel and Ukraine pass correct? Or do the Dems vote them down and demand a repackaging? If they do pass, wouldn't it have been better for everyone involved to work with the legislation the Senate cooked up a month or so ago, and negotiate the levels and structure of the Ukraine aid? And take the first steps toward better border security / immigration reform in the process? Like, pretty much everyone?
