Seems to me that if...
...99% of people listening to a speech think they hear Thing A and 1% of people listening to that same speech think they hear Thing B, then the working assumption for anyone living in reality should be that Thing A is what was actually said. That may not make sense to a TDS-addled brain, but that's how percentages work for those of us living in the real world.
All that aside, Trump isn't legally responsible for the violent actions committed by others -- just as Dems aren't legally responsible for the actions committed by their street animals during the 2020 Summer of Love, assassination attempt on Brett Kavanaugh, assassination attempt on the Republican softball game contingent, assaults on Rand Paul, attacks on the White House and Secret Service agents, and on and on and on -- regardless of what he said or didn't say, so the point is moot. Only those who committed the violence are legally responsible for the violence.
