The alleged crimes arose from the payoff and occurred after the election. I don’t really have a strong opinion about this case other than it’s further proof Trump is a disgusting douchebag. Hush money isn’t a crime in and of itself and, if I understand correctly, falsifying business records is normally a misdemeanor. Charging felonies seems a stretch. So you’ll forgive me if my apathy towards this case has me less conversant with all the details than a reliably knee-jerk defender of Trump who says he believes Trump is capable of wrongdoing but obviously and laughably believes he’s never committed any. I’m much more interested in seeing him held accountable for his crimes against America.

As for my sources of information, thank goodness they don’t leave me as utterly detached from reality as yours do you. Your second sentence describes you perfectly. You have easy access to the truth, but you avoid it at all costs, including the loss of all credibility here.
