There seem to be legitimate concerns as to whether she’s acting within

the norms of judicial behavior. But yes, a verdict for Trump can be appealed, and that will likely take years. It doesn’t appear the case before Cannon will be decided before the election anyway, so we can only hope Trump loses that election so the full legal process can play out. Respecting our institutions is important but so is holding him accountable for what he did.
