How many periods you use to deploy condescension to disguise your devotion to fantasy. There was a deal reached by a team of bipartisan negotiators, which was only derailed by so many repubs because Trump commanded them to. That same chamber then backpedaled by passing the exact foreign aid Biden had asked for but which repubs said needed to come with a border compromise. They completely abandoned that requirement because Trump told them to. Now the house rwnj Trumpistani caucus has dithered on that, which would have passed overwhelmingly if they hadn’t obstructed, and it’s more complicated because of the devolution in Gaza.

Improper grammar does not make fantasy reality. That border deal was a product of circumstances, giving repubs far, far more than they ever could have expected going in, and now it’s squandered because Trump ordered it to be. Such a deal is unlikely to come around again, maybe not for decades.
