That I don't know. Like you, I was under the impression that as bad as


inflation has been here, that we were still better off than most of the world, until I heard someone correct a pol claiming that. So I went and checked to see if that was true just now. Again, I have to point out that the Euros have had much more pressure on energy costs than we have (so the fact that they still mostly have lower inflation rates, makes ours look even worse).

As for real wage growth, no idea how we compare to other countries, but it was positive for the first time in a long time under Trump, and it's been negative real wage growth under Biden.
