WCK no ... but I don't even know that they're on the radar in terms of

dollars flowing into Gaza. I think the WCK vehicle attack was, by all measures, a tragedy. But in a conflict where Israelis have accidentally killed other Israelis in friendly fire incidents (as happens in all wars), I don't see how anyone can definitively claim that the attack on the WCK vehicle was anything but a case of mistaken identity. Mistakes happen in the fog of war. It's one of the many awful things about war.

That's not what I'm talking about at all, though.
