Exactly and the only reason Trump attorneys are going back to the PRA


Is because they think it allows them to assert that the president had unilateral authority to declare any classified document to be “personal property”. That is clearly not the intent of the PRA, which was drafted with the implicit assumption that a president of the United States would not be a crooked, amoral sociopath willing to steal anything he wanted.
In fact, it would be my position that if he willfully and deliberately took classified documents as personal property that he could use, however he wished for whatever purpose he wanted, then he has violated his oath of office, and committed a treasonous crime against the country
