None of that stuff really applies for salaried


employees though. You want to define whether a guy making $15 / hour needs to be left alone off hours, knock yourself out… but if im prepping over the weekend for a big Monday meeting or board presentation and I’m not allowed to call an analyst on my team? No way. That analyst can either come into the office and work the weekend then (so I don’t have to “disturb” them at home) or I’m going to hire an analyst in another state that I can call after hours.
