I mailed a certified letter from Harrisonburg to Richmond with

an attached post card to notify me of the signature.

It was mailed from the Harrisonburg Post Office in late February with timeliness being important due to language in a contract.

The tracking number shows the document in route 4 weeks later. Fortunately, I was able to follow up with email and terminate the contract in time. Worst mail system of my lifetime.
