His efficiency moves closed the Roanoke regional hub. Now all mail in the area (large chunk of SWVA) is funneled to Roanoke then shipped to Greensboro then postmarked and shipped out to the proper PO. So my local mail sent from my house in Roanoke, goes to my local PO and is sent to the main Roanoke PO by the Civic Center and then shipped to Greensboro to be canceled and then shipped back to Roanoke and then sent to the proper local PO to be delivered. Joyful efficiency.
