Shugerman is an interesting writer.
He is more of a historian than a skilled courtroom attorney. It seems that his concerns about the case are real, but now, a year later, it will decided in the courtroom.
Shugerman had an interesting take on the Mueller Report as well: "The key points are that the report should not be interpreted as disproving the core Russian allegations. The opposite appears true, even with the redactions: It shows illegal coordination and conspiracy by a preponderance of the evidence."
