Themselves were saying and endorsing publicly. That’s where the malicious slander is proven. Easily in court under penalties of perjury, which is why they are the only msm outlet ever to settle a slander case with a settlement of that magnitude. They weren’t expressing opinions. They were giving airtime to and endorsing the outrageous lies of multiple trump minions, knowingly, as proven by their internal communications.

I know you’re cocky enough to believe your crack internet research outweighs discover and testimony in our courts of law, because they’re automatically deemed corrupt in your feverish imagination when they don’t do Trumpistan’s bidding, but democracies rely on these forums, not hyperpartisan internet researchers, to reach these conclusions.
