That's not how it works. There's a historic preservation easement


with the National Trust for Historic Preservation, for which Trump took a tax deduction. Those don't get reversed. In perpetuity. Forever. I've worked on preservation easements and know the language. There is NO assumption that it can be reversed.

Trump committed fraud in his valuation.
