A value for tax assessment is not the same thing as…


…a market value.

The communist AG and judge — and the lefty drones, of course — claimed Trump committed fraud because his estimate of market value differed from the tax assessor’s value. Some of the especially dim folks even claimed it was TRUMP who came up with the $18M value for tax assessment purposes, whereas in reality that is a government entity making that valuation, so these idiots claim it was fraud because he “gave”’one value to tax authorities and one to lenders.

The reality of the situation can be gleaned with a 30-second Zillow search of high-end properties in Palm Beach, which shows MAL is arguably worth every penny Trump says it is.
