Talking with a brother-in-law physician


Biden has age-associated memory impairment. That's the kind where a word or a name doesn't come to mind quickly. Happens to all of us. With Biden, his stutter issue adds an extra challenge when combined with memory impairment. But that is very different than cognitive decline. Biden seems very engaged on the issues and can discuss them in some detail.

Trump, though, has a hard time making a complete sentence and is slurring more and more. This seems closer to cognitive decline. Almost aphasia.
