…as Resist posted below, it’s a distinction without a difference with respect to the politics of it and the bottomless lefty hypocrisy.

The facts of the Trump case are that a crooked New York Democrat politician obtained power by promising her voters to use her office to target their political opponent. She then did so, manufacturing a fake offense where not only was no one harmed, but the folks whom she alleged were harmed stated the opposite.

She took her case to be heard in front of another crooked New York Democrat politician, who found Trump liable without even conducting a trial. Needless to say, Trump was denied a jury throughout this process.

This crooked judge then expropriated half a billion dollars from his side’s political opponent knowing full well that it would be virtually impossible to pay or appeal, while also seizing state control of Trump’s business.

This is the kind of shit that even someone like Putin would be reluctant to pull in Russia, but communists gleefully do it here.

And to bring this full circle, all this occurred in the same city where the same corrupt political party is defunding police and letting crime run rampant, including refusing to hold actual criminals on bail.
