As one example, the US judicial system in a vacuum is a fine institution, but it is at the mercy of the people who run it. When a corrupt prosecutor, judge or AG abuses it, the system fails to work as intended, but that is the fault of the people creating the failure, not the system itself, as any system can be corrupted by bad actors.

As another example, a free press is a great institution, but when virtually all of its media organs are captured by one side of the ideological spectrum such that objectivity is tossed into the garbage heap, leaving the institution to publish propaganda instead of usefully informing the citizenry, that institution fails to work as intended. Again, that is the fault of the people running the system rather than the system itself.

You keep coming back to the same flawed and already debunked argument that I have no reason to disbelieve your high priests of moral virtue, but I've shown you why any objective observer would disbelieve them -- namely, 1) they have multiple conflicts of interest and 2) the historical record in fact which disproves them.
