Not sure this is going to be nearly as transformative as the article sugges

I doubt commissions go to below 3% anytime in the near future if that low so I’m not sure if an extra one to 3% of the price of the house in the sellers hands is going to have that much impact on pricing to stimulate that much additional homebuying.
