...regarding the real estate market. Potentially significant savings for buyers/sellers in high home value markets on the way. Will be interesting to see how it plays out in practice. Commissions in LA are extremely painful, given the home values.

Not sure if we have any real estate experts on here, but it would be interesting to hear your thoughts.
