He is a wiz on the front end loader and works 5 days a week totaling 40 hours. Under Bernie's plan Hector will only work 4 days (32 hours) keeping the same pay. The owner has two options; 1) pay Hector time and a half overtime to work an additional day or 2) hire a second employee at the regular rate to work the extra day.

So will the price of mulch increase? (no extra credit for COMM school grads).
