Yeah. A household making $200k


per year has a lifestyle that is a lot more similar to the $77k household, than to a household with say $10m in assets(regardless of income). The $200k household has a nicer but still “normal” / modest house compared to the $77k household, they have nicer, but still “normal” cars, they’re sending their kids to public school just like the $77k family because they can’t afford private school tuition, and they’re likely a layoff away from being in a world of hurt financially. Not anywhere near “stinking rich”. You really need a high net worth, not high income, to be considered stinking rich in my opinion.
