Former President Loser is being charged with espionage for not returning documents when told to do so. He did not notify anyone they were declassified so they remain classified. They did not have the classification struck through as documents that are declassified have. He was told other documents he had were presidential records covered by PRA that he was not entitled to keep and he didn't return them. Even if you believe in the imaginary Vulcan Mind Meld declassification covers that, he still wasn't allowed to keep it since it was a presidential record covered by PRA. He is not being charged for blabbing something that was, should be, and is classified. When presidents get yelled questions by the press it happens all the time, probably going back to at least FDR, and probably before. This is about willfully withholding documents that he was told to return. He was given ample opportunity to return them and didn't.
