I explained what I just listened to her say. She had no such details to offer about the greater threat to democracy Biden poses, over and above the possible threat she thinks Trump poses to constitutional democracy overall (her words, not mine), and the definite gift he would be to Putin, and by extension any despot looking to invade and dominate neighbors.
