Obviously I know you don’t agree Trump attempted a coup, but Haley, in this interview, just said she doesn’t know if Trump 2.0 will be a threat to constitutional democracy. And she does know that Trump will weaken nato, essentially cede Ukraine to Putin, and that Putin will not stop his expansionism there.

Yet knowing all that, she still says Biden’s the greater threat. That’s just pure political opportunism. She’s all but said in detail exactly why Trump is the bigger threat. I can see her thinking a repub party based on her priorities is the better tac for the country, but the one Trump leads is very far from that.

It doesn’t make sense except that Haley is tribal and is only calculating what’s best for her own political future. You’re right imo - she absolutely will become a full on enabler of all these things she claims to oppose so strongly, if she sees that as best for her.
