Intolerance of non-conforming viewpoints.

I don’t think we need new DEI depts. I think we need to fully rethink how we approach diverse democracies, which are really a very new thing (maybe about a half century old or so). Current “wokeness” initiatives reject the MLK approaches. Very much to the detriment of that movement and to the evolution of democracies which really only recently ended most official forms of discrimination.
