I read an article a few months back about the negative impact to


charities when the tax burden on the wealthy becomes too great. They cut their giving and that puts more burden on the government (local, state, and Fed). It was written by a think tank and not a biased charity. I will dig and find it...might be an interesting diversion from the usual sniping.
