Catastrophe (so probably too little, too late for the Muslim base), reduce our leverage over the Netanyahu govt, but they don’t need our money to continue as they see fit anyway.

I don’t think I’d do that in general, but I would consider using the discharge petition in the house for just Ukraine funding, if the dem far left balks on including Israel. If it’s easier to get the entire dem caucus on board along with the few repubs needed for it to work, I’d do that in a heartbeat.
