McDonnell's conduct was atrocious, just not, ultimately, illegal, although conservative judges--look them up-- up the chain to the Supreme Court mistakenly thought it WAS illegal because they -according to the Supreme Court--misunderstood "official acts."
Because they sure looked like "official acts," even to a Reagan-appointed and pro-GOP judge like T.S. Ellis III (see, e.g., Ellis's Manafort sentencing). Even Justice Roberts called in "tawdry" while reversing the conviction.
No element of prosecutorial abuse/bias has ever been raised by anybody relating to this case, and certainly not prosecutorial corruption.
You're totally full of it and off the mark on this one, which is unusual for you--usually you have at least a colorable argument. Is this Jack Smith Derangement Syndrome?
