As for answering your question, I see none, so I can only assume you’re referring to the separation of powers issue you raised. If it had been formed as a question it would have been an exceptionally stupid one that I absolutely CAN answer and the answer is a very simple one. The separation of powers doesn’t allow the president to do whatever the hell he wants, Trump’s efforts to convince MAGAstan otherwise notwithstanding. Plenty of laws passed by Congress apply to the president. In this particular case the applicable law is the Espionage Act. See also asylum laws that are very much in the news these days.
A president’s job is to execute both his constitutional duties and legislation passed by Congress. It’s right in the name of the Executive Branch. Are you really so clueless as to not understand this or are you just pretending not to know?
