I never said it was the same. After all, he's a judge vs. a prosecutor, so

they have different duties.

My point is that an appearance of impropriety is the concern in both cases.

As for your individual assertions, they are hogwash.
1.He most certainly did receive improper gifts
2. Whether the ill gotten gain is public or private, it is still ill gotten
3. He went on vacations for decades with these people. How is that not involved?
4. He did lie on his Federal disclosure form by not disclosing it.

I don't expect you will respond with anything other than bullshit, but have at it.
