If she was inclined to create false charges, she doesn’t need her man.

She’s the DA. If she misused state funds, that’s a problem, but I don’t see that as having anything to do with the charges. If they have evidence that she knowingly brought false charges, bring it on and I am happy to change my mind.

Appearance of impropriety is an issue, but the solution to that, if true, is her disqualification, not the dismissal of charges.

P.S. I particularly love invocation of appearance of impropriety, which I harped on relentlessly with regard to Clarence Thomas and his actual receipt of improper gifts, so I consider it a victory that you now see this.
