My question is about how the process works. In an obvious insurrection

what would have happened? Who has what power and what responsibility? The constitution says nothing specific.

I did not compare anything to anything else. I did not mention trump. You are the small thinkers that can't answer a serious question with anything but squawking. Now, care to answer a question about the process? Or are you just going to throw poo at the walls?
