It's raining like a sombitch. So far, not too windy where I am,...


...so no power outages, allowing me to continue to bring you uninterrupted sharp wit and wisdom on the Box.

I have some friends around town and up north who've lost power, though. Must be due to Abbott's and Cruz' energy policies, or so I'm told that's whom to blame when these storm thingies happen and power goes out. So, I condemn them. And also cow farts.

Mountains are supposed to get a ton of snow, so skiers are excited. Exact same thing happened last year around this time -- just dumped precip for a few days. All in all a good thing, as CA needs the rain. Just hope there's not too much property destruction. It's weird out here -- shit closes and people stay home when it rains. East Coasters and Midwesterners would just laugh.
