I think the gas thing is a strawman. They just don't like Democrats and


will come up with anything to justify that position. To be fair, Democrats sometimes do this, too. Gas prices go up and down due the machinations of the market. Its as if they think the price of gas dropped to next to nothing in 2020 because of something Trump did, rather than because demand dropped to zero when we were all cooped up in our houses.

It seems pretty lame as a reason for choosing a President, to my way of thinking.
