It’s a double edge sword for sure. South Florida


experienced a MASSIVE inflow of people over the last 3 years and while the increase in home prices for people who own property is nice, affordability has gone way down for lots of people (we know of two people who moved to outside of Orlando because they could no longer afford it down here) and traffic is insane. Particularly during “season” (November through March/april). I’ve reached the point where I’d trade lower property values for less traffic and crowds.
